ATNEST is a co-living service apartment that offers you a private as well as shared room rentals in Hyderabad. Here you get a short and long term stay with all the modern day amenities that feels like home.

ATNEST Serviced apartments offer a great space with fully furnished decorated rooms, much larger than any Hotel rooms. At Hotel rooms, one can feel like living alone between four walls with no separate dining, washing, and sleeping areas. Also there will not be a self-cooking option like us. ATNEST is a complete home where you can access all facilities just like in your residence.

We have both single and double bedrooms with an attached washroom that one can either book an independent room or a shared one of your choice.

We are currently serving in Hyderabad and very soon will expand our services to other cities as well. 

Yes, we have separate buildings for Men and women to provide a comfortable and secured stay.

The rent is inclusive of regular amenities like food – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, free wi-fi, free parking, 24/7 power back-up, TV, Refrigerator, Oven and many such. Please check our property pages for more information.

No! Power (electricity) bill is charged extra

Yes, you can visit the property at a scheduled time to check the facilities we provide. 

You can book your space through our website or directly at our place. The booking procedure is very convenient and easy to process.

We do love pets but we do not have any pet policies as of now. We will notify you if we start it.

Yes, but there is a separate charge for them if they stay overnight. Your guests should follow the house rules and should not disturb our Nestian. If in any case they create any disturbances or behave in an odd manner, they will not be allowed to stay anymore and have to leave the premises at the very moment. So, please make sure they obey and behave well.

For now we don’t have any separate app for ATNEST. We accept your bookings through our web application. We will surely develop a very good app in the future.
